THE 2023 PINK GIRL
2023 Pink Girl Rosé is primarily sourced from Mt. Veeder with 73% Malbec and 27% Cabernet Sauvignon. Made in the traditional Saignée Method. This wine is a dry rosé but loaded with flavor to compliment fish tacos, an ahi poke bowl or spicy Indian curry!
TASTING NOTES
Stainless steel fermented, uplifting acidity, .05% RS, no oak, made for food and quenching thirst. Juicy ripe strawberries and blue fruit immediately hit the palate, followed by cherry cream soda and pink lemonade. Pink Girl passes by with a crisp, bright finish.
